Cottage Cheese = Cellulite.
Ok ladies let's face it, 90% of us have it. Of course woman are more likely to get cellulite than men too. But, other factors play a role as well: age, hormones and our our genes ("thanks Mom") haha.
There is no permanent cellulite solutions, but there are ways to reduce the appearance:
* Exercise: Yoga, running, strength training
>>>So according to Health.com cellulite occurs when connective fibers underneath the skin become weak or lose their elasticity, but stretching and strengthening those areas (in addition to burning away excess fat overall) can help
*Skin Fillers: Like Botox... Excuse me, but no needle is touching these thighs of mine (OOOOOUCH!)
* Stop Smoking.
* Eat a well balanced diet: Eat foods with high water content (cucumbers, celery, peppers, tomatoes, etc.) and drink lots of water (we simply don't drink enough of it). Try drinking your water with herbs, lemon and cucumbers in it... DELIC!
* Try dry brushing: I have not tried this, but totally want to!
* Try Cottage Cheese Cream: This is not using actual cottage cheese, but check out my recipe below!

Ok Cottage Cheese Cream Cream sounds awful hows this: Sitting Pretty Leg Cream :)
Grab Your Supplies
>>> I have my own drawer in our bathroom full of my "witch potion" supplies.
Virgin Unrefined Coconut Oil This here in my eyes is the miracle oil for basically EVERYTHING. Coconut oil comes from, well, these giant, brown, hairy nuts called coconuts haha. They are high in omega fatty acids, nutrients and is super moisturizing. It's a great base to use for any of your DIY creams.
Shea Butter Her name is pretty don't you think? She come from an African Shea tree. Shea butter is rich in vitamins, antioxidants and fatty acids. She will rejuvenate and moisturize the skin, leaving it feel soft and smooth. It also reduces inflammation and helps produce collagen (we start aging and lose collagen after age 20... sorry you had to read that)
Cocoa Butter Put nose up to butter block. Smell (mmmmm). Natural cocoa butter has a rich chocolatey aroma because it is extracted from a cocoa bean. It too is high in essential fatty acids and is nice and creamy when softened.
Witch Hazel This witch puts her spell on the skin to naturally tighten up. She's a good witch! Witch Hazel is a natural astringent and helps with little scratches, irritations and razor burn (I get this every time I shave... annoying)
Vitamin E Oil This oil is another miracle oil. It is both a nutrient and an antioxidant that you can take internally and topically. It helps with anti-aging and any ungodly looking marks (like wrinkles and stretch marks).
Cellulite This is a synergy blend of black pepper, cedar wood, cypress, fennel, fir needle, grapefruit, juniper berry, pink pepper, sage & sweet birch. This mix increases circulation and helps to prevent and fade those little unwanted dimples of ours
Lavender Soother, calmer and cut, burn, scratch healer
Rosemary Natural toner, glower and anti-ager
Frankincense Frank is the abnormal cell killer, the rejuvenator of new cells and healer to the skin
Tea Tree This oil can be used for like all skin issues (acne, psoriasis, athletes foots, scabies, fungal infections, etc.)

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (room temp)
1/2 Cup Shea Butter (room temp)
1/2 Cup Cocoa Butter (flaked and softened)
1 tsp Witch Hazel
1/2 tsp Vitamin E Oil
