Don't Throw Out Your Pickle Juice!

From pickled eggs to hangover relief, pickle juice is a miracle worker folks!

Pickle juice is mostly made of vinegar and vinegar can be used for cooking, around the house and in the garden. Read on to find fun ways to use pickle juice that you probably have sitting in your fridge right now!

1. Sore Throat Relief

Due to the vinegar and salt content these fighters work to cleanse the throat, fight off infection and reduce inflammation. Gargle the green just like mouthwash!

2. Muscle Cramp Recovery (Workout & PMS)

The sodium content and acidity in the pickle juice aides your body in producing the fancy word, acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is a chemical that functions in the brain and body which eases our muscles.

3. Hangover Hope

After the late night of drinking, down some pickle brine to help your body replenish electrolytes.

4. Salad Dressing

For 2 cups of dressing

* 1 1/2 Cup pickle juice

* 1 Ripe Avocado

* 1/4 Cup Infused Motts Olive Oil

Add the pickle juice and avo in the food processor and spin until creamy. Next, streamline the oil in on low and enjoy on you bed of lettuce and veggies!

5. Pickled Eggs

When I think pickled eggs, I think purple. Hold up... let's think green!

* Pickle your hard boiled, de-shelled eggs in bread and butter pickle juice.

* Add to salads, wraps or have "Green Eggs and Ham."

6. Green Weed Killing Machine

Vinegar is a known garden remedy for getting rid of pesky weeds and invasive over grown plants. Your leftover juice from the pickle jar works the same way.
